It’s been just over a month since we officially started TLP Digital.
Like most early-stage agencies, we’re currently in that in-between phase where everything is being built in public, tested quickly, and refined based on what we’re learning.
We’re sharing this update to stay transparent about where we are right now, what’s changed since launch, and what we’re focusing on next.
Still in the early stages: looking for our first client
At the moment, we’re still searching for our first official client.
That’s completely expected this early on, but it’s also been a valuable part of the process. It’s given us time to refine how we position ourselves, improve our offering, and think more carefully about what businesses actually need from a modern web agency.
Rather than rushing into projects, we’ve been focusing on getting the foundation right first.
Moving away from upfront fees
One of the biggest changes we’ve made recently is our pricing model.
Instead of large upfront project costs, we’re shifting towards a more accessible monthly model.
The goal is simple: make it easier for businesses to get started without needing a big initial investment.
This approach also aligns better with how websites are evolving. Businesses don’t just need a one-off website anymore — they need ongoing updates, improvements, and performance monitoring over time.
We’re still refining the exact structure, but the direction is clear: lower barrier to entry, more long-term value.
Early SEO progress
We’ve also started working on our own SEO.
As expected with any new brand, this is a slow process. Rankings don’t happen overnight, and we’re still in the early stages of building authority.
However, we’ve already started to see initial indexing improvements and are actively working on:
- Improving site structure
- Publishing content consistently
- Targeting relevant local and service-based keywords
- Strengthening technical SEO foundations
It’s a long-term channel, but an important one for how we want to grow.
Building WebHub in the background
Alongside TLP Digital, we’re also building a platform called WebHub.
WebHub is a tool designed to help agencies monitor the performance of their client websites, track issues, and understand how those sites are performing over time.
It’s still in development, but the idea is to give agencies better visibility into what’s happening across their client portfolio without manual checking or guesswork.
We’ll share more about this soon, but for now it’s something we’re building alongside the agency as we test ideas in real-world scenarios.

What we’re focused on next month
Over the next month, our priorities are very clear:
- Landing our first client
- Updating the pricing model
- Finishing the first usable version of WebHub
Final thoughts
The first month of any new business is rarely about scale — it’s about clarity.
We’ve learned a lot about what we want TLP Digital to become, how we want to structure our services, and how we can build systems that scale beyond just client work.
We’re still early, still testing, and still building — but the direction is becoming much clearer.
More updates soon.
