We provide web design, development, and related digital services. All services will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

4. Quotations & Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit is required before any work begins.
  • For lump sum payments, a 50% deposit is required upfront. For monthly payment plans, the first monthly payment acts as the deposit and must be paid before work begins.
  • Monthly payment plans will be agreed in advance and must be paid on time according to the agreed schedule.
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until all payments have been completed.
  • Late or missed payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or suspension of access to services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have the rights to use any materials supplied to us
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in providing required information may impact project timelines.

6. Revisions & Scope

  • Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in advance.
  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Any significant changes to the project scope will require a revised quote.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All work remains our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting providers, plugins). We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.

9. Liability

  • We will provide services with reasonable skill and care.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

10. Project Delays & Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project in writing.
  • Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
  • Copy or reuse content without permission

12. Privacy
